Manasara Residences

A private family wellness estate in the heart of Kuta Mandalika. The project brings together studios and 1–3 bedroom villas within a secure, low-density environment centred around long-stay living. Anchored by a residents-only wellness club, the architecture integrates spaces for movement, recovery, and connection into a unified tropical language. Studio Vana designed the residential typologies and the wellness club as a single, cohesive system.
